For the shipment of products, FAL ANTIQUA SRL will rely on specialized couriers and proven seriousness for the delivery of orders in Italy and Europe.
All shipments will be accompanied by the compulsory documentation accompanying and identifying the goods (invoice, transport document) and any attachments required by the regulations and foreign countries of destination.
The shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the order and will appear at the time of confirmation of the shopping cart.
FAL ANTIQUA SRL does not take responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/ or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, to execute in the time agreed upon in the contract.
The delivery timing is indicated by providing the tracking number, direct link to the courier website for real-time verification of the shipment.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
FAL ANTIQUA SRL within the shipping rate insurance against damage or theft on all shipments.
The shipping insurance is valid from the warehouse of the manufacturer/ distributor to the delivery address indicated in the order.
IT IS MANDATORY TO SIGN THE COURIER NOTE WITH THE "CONTROL RESERVE" CLAUSE
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
The Customer, upon delivery of the goods by the carrier in charge, must kindly verify that the packaging is intact to view and without any signs of tampering. In case the Customer finds such anomalies he has the right to sign the delivery receipt with reservation, or refuse the package.
The Customer must also verify at the opening of the package that the quantity and items delivered correspond to what is indicated in your order.
Any discrepancies found at the time of collection of the package both during the verification of the goods must be promptly notified by email.
In the event that the delivery does not take place for reasons attributable to the Customer (recipient absent continuously, wrong address, wrong telephone number issued for contact with courier, etc.) with consequent openings of practices of storage or remittance in shipment and eventual burdens accessories, will be considered at the expense of the Customer. Such greater expenses will be computed to consuntivo to the manifestation of such situations and the payment of the same ones is to be considered fundamental element for the restituegna of the goods.
